This notice explains how Valora uses cookies and similar technologies on valorahq.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, serve the same purpose: remembering a device between visits so the site works and so we can understand how it is used.

What the Site uses

  • Strictly necessary storage. Required for the Site to load and function securely. You cannot opt out of these without breaking the Site.
  • Analytics (PostHog). We use PostHog to understand how the Site is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors move through the Site, and what content is useful. PostHog stores a first-party identifier (a cookie and/or local storage entry whose name begins with "ph_") so it can recognize a returning device. This identifier is tied to browsing activity on this Site only; we do not use it to track you elsewhere.
  • Third-party forms (Google Forms). The readiness check is powered by Google Forms. When you open the form, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not control those cookies.
  • Visitor identification (RB2B). We use RB2B to learn which companies visit the Site. RB2B may set a third-party identifier on your device, may infer the company behind a visit, and may process data capable of identifying individual people; what is shown to us depends on our plan.

What the Site does not use

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers. The RB2B service described above is used for business outreach identification, not to show you advertising.

Your choices

  • Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking the analytics identifier does not affect how the Site works for you.
  • Clearing stored data. You can remove the PostHog identifier at any time by clearing cookies and site data for valorahq.com in your browser settings; you will then be counted as a new visitor on your next visit.
  • Google's cookies. Manage Google's cookies through your browser or Google's own settings.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the Site's tooling changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
